Frank routinely lectures at Continuing Legal Education and client seminars, and has chaired the Lorman Worker’s Compensation Seminar for many years. Community activities include LSU Chancellor’s Counsel (2002-Present), Louisiana Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, LABI, Louisiana Claim Association, Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans, and President’s Circle.
